This hotel is a place where you know you will enjoy and be treated right. The Spa area with swimming pool is clean and very well catered for. The food is excellent especially the breakfast. Staff are very polite. The bar is well stocked and the barmen professional and very friendly. The rooms have been recently refurbished. One downside point our the pillows, they are too flat and too soft.This is our third visit and we know we'll be back again.

We only used the resturant so can't comment on the rooms, although I think that they will be good. Service and food great, we sat on the terrace overlooking the valley. Traditional quality German Cuisine.

Great Food and Wellness area, but the rooms are from the 80's, Beds are small (meaning short) and uncomfortable.

I stayed there this summer with my sister and brother-in-law, I had visited my sister and her husband I live in Florida we only stayed 3 days, but there food is delicious, the breakfast bar is so good, Staff very nice and helpful, I also met the owner and his wife very nice and friendly,we had the best view hopefully we be able to stay again when I visit my family in Germany , the Owner cooks there that’s what amazes me the most beautiful place we stayed at, I will always have the best memories of this beautiful place. Thank you

Super helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with a large selection of meats cheeses and breads as well as a made to order egg station. There are easily accessible hiking trails near the hotel. The dinners were lovely.

I was waiting for 23 minutes waiters have seen me four of them at least there was only one table and i am sure that they didn't want to approach me knowingly that i am gonna leave after long waiting ... im just gonna say that was the rudest thing because they were looking me in the eyes they didn't greet me or ask me will i order anything ... never again if i could give you less stars i would ... i do that job and i have never seen anything like it ... you don't deserve any stars...
